The LeConte Medical Center Emergency Department features—
- A lobby with a separate children’s waiting area.
- Exam rooms with flat-screen TVs, phones, supplemental oxygen, and a nurse call system.
- Trauma rooms equipped with spacious glass doors between rooms that can open if needed or remain closed for privacy.
- A helicopter pad is located just outside the department for easier air ambulance transport.
- A designated observation unit is available for patients who may require longer observation.
Virtual Urgent Care Services
When you or a loved one has a medical issue that’s not an emergency situation, we also offer easy access to our virtual urgent care services.
Virtual Urgent Care through LeConte Medical Center is available 24/7 for patients in need of convenient, quality care.
Our virtual urgent care services are an ideal way to address non-emergency ailments, such as—
