DAISY Award Winner – Kellie Fraley

Kellie has received several nominations from patients throughout her time at LeConte Medical Center and all of them have one common theme – Kellie goes out of her way to make her patients feel safe and comfortable before surgery.

One patient stated that Kellie’s dedication and compassion made both her and her family feel at ease before surgery. She takes time to answer all of her patients’ questions and explain the surgery process with them. Kellie’s nominator stated that Kellie “treated me like a member of her own family” and that she represents a “spirit of care” LeConte should be proud of.
