Located on the first floor of the hospital in the lobby, the gift shop offers a wide selection of:

- apparel (including UT Vols, lady Vols, and seasonal scarves and accessories)

- stuffed animals (from leading retailers such as Ty and Gund
- WillowTree angels
Run by the Volunteer Services department at the Medical Center, proceeds from the gift shop benefit the hospital.
