Haven't you always wanted to judge a beauty contest? A hospital that makes patients feel better on arrival? It's true— beautiful hospitals have been shown to speed healing. In honor of that, it's time for round four of Soliant's Top 20 Most Beautiful Hospitals in the U.S. Pretty hospitals that boost healing? Now that's a beautiful thing.

"We were inspired to create this list by recent data that found 'happy hospitals make happy patients,'" said David Alexander, president of Soliant Health. "As a provider of healthcare professionals for hospitals, we recognize that staff morale and attention to patients' needs are critical to patients' happiness, but the survey also showed that another factor in satisfaction was how the hospital actually looked."

Last year local hospital LeConte Medical Center was chosen as the #6 Most Beautiful Hospital in the nation. Excited to be named a finalist for the second year in a row, this year LeConte hopes to climb higher than #6. Vote now, and vote often! The polls are open until June 18, and every vote counts! The winners will be recognized on July 1, 2012.
