    Personal Training 
    LeConte Wellness Center's personal training program offers one-on-one instruction or group training. The Center's personal trainers are all professionally certified. They possess the education, experience, and resources required to assist you in reaching your fitness goals.

    If you are in need of extra motivation, weight management, strength training, or sport specific training, our personal trainers can help. At LeConte Wellness Center, we recognize that everyone has different fitness goals. Let our personal trainers design a program that is right for you.

    Personal Training Programs can be designed for:

    • Weight management - have a program designed to specifically target weight loss and maintenance.

    Group Fitness Classes
    Join us for our boot camp style workout sessions led by a personal trainer. Working out as a group makes personal training fun! Invite your friends! Group fitness is fun and affordable for all! Group fitness schedules vary, so please call or stop by for an updated schedule.
