If you have questions about obtaining your medical record, please call 865.446-8625. Our HIM staff will be happy to help you with this process. The Medical Records/HIM Department at LeConte Medical Center is located on the 2nd Floor of the Dolly Parton Center for Women's Services. For your convenience when picking up your medical records you should park in Parking Lot G. Medical Records is open Monday-Friday, 8 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.
