8th Annual Sports Medicine Cup Benefit Golf Tournament
The 8th Annual Sports Medicine Cup Benefit Golf Tournament is scheduled for Sunday, June 6, 2010, at Eagle's Landing Golf Club. With a 2 p.m. shotgun start, proceeds for the tournament benefit the Sevier County Board of Education's Sports Medicine Program.
Players will enjoy a Tee off banquet from 12:30 p.m. - 2 p.m., with Lunch provided by Damon's and FIVE OAKS DEVELOPMENT GROUP, L.P. Following the banquet, the Four Man Scramble will begin. Your registration includes 18 holes of golf, cart prizes, awards and the tee off banquet.

Sponsorship Information
Hole Sponsors: $100.00
Hole sponsors will be recognized with a high-quality corrugated PVC sign with your company name as a sponsor. These signs will be “real estate” size and be placed on the tee boxes for the tournament players to view as they approach the tee.
Proximity Prize & Door Prize sponsors
Proximity Prizes donated by the sponsors will be used for the closest to pin, longest drive, and longest putt prizes. Door Prizes will be given to the participants as thank you gifts for participating in the event. Please include the following information at the time of donation: prize, estimated value of the prize, business card or letter from sponsor to be presented to the tournament contest winners after completing their round.
Corporate package sponsorship: $400.00
This sponsorship includes:
· Registration for a 4-person team ($300 value)
· Hole sponsor ($100 value)
· Special Recognition will be given to all corporate sponsors the day of the tournament.
Sponsorship commitments are due by June 1, 2010.
